I'm a Senior MIS Analyst at Shapes Products in Delhi. I designed and now run the company's ERP application, sales CRM, field-force monitoring and reporting layer — built on Google Apps Script, Sheets, Python and a web-and-APK front end that the sales team carries into the field.
Before manufacturing I spent nearly four years as a Data Assistant with the National Health Mission, handling facility data, maternal and child welfare reporting, and COVID containment records alongside the Sub Divisional Magistrate. That work taught me what happens when reporting is slow: decisions get made on stale numbers.
Running through all of it, from 2017 to 2024, was PC Boudh Organization, where I trained over a thousand underprivileged young people in computer literacy, Advanced Excel, Tally and digital marketing — and ran the documentation and accounts for an ONGC-funded CSR project end to end.
I'm largely self-taught across my stack. What keeps pulling at me isn't the software, it's what the data says about how a small business actually behaves — which is why I'm doing an MA in Economics and building toward doctoral research on credit risk for MSMEs.
My long-term goal is an academic career in economics or commerce. I'm in the first year of an MA in Economics at IGNOU — microeconomic and macroeconomic analysis, quantitative methods, research methods, and economics of growth and development — and building toward doctoral work from there.

AI-driven credit risk assessment for MSMEs: a machine learning framework for emerging markets
Proposal drafted, with a supporting case study grounded in my own ERP and CRM implementation at Shapes Products. The order, dispatch and payment history those systems generate is precisely the operational data a lender never sees when pricing risk for a small manufacturer — which is where I think the interesting question sits.
